Hi! I’m Alison

I am an NLP practitioner and coach who helps women release stress-driven emotional patterns so they can feel calm, clear, and back in control of their energy, habits, and life.

I know what it is like to look like you have it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. My work is rooted in compassion, simplicity, and helping women come back to themselves, gently, safely, and at their own pace.

What I have learned is this: most lasting change does not happen through willpower or motivation. It happens when the emotional patterns driving stress, habits, and reactions are addressed at the root.

This work transformed my own life, changing how I respond to stress, how I relate to myself, and how I move through everyday challenges. My approach blends coaching with NLP and subconscious rewiring techniques to create meaningful, sustainable change, without pressure, restriction, or starting over.

Who Is

Alison wills

Alison Wills is an NLP Practitioner and Coach who helps women release stress-driven emotional patterns so they can feel calm, clear, and back in control of their energy and life.

Before moving into the wellness space, Alison spent years working in the corporate world across industries including travel and tourism, manufacturing, and human resources, giving her a deep understanding of stress, burnout, and the pressure many women carry.

Today, Alison supports private clients through emotional pattern release work, collaborates with naturopathic doctors in weight loss and mindset programs, facilitates DISC training for organizations, and supports a growing community of female business owners.

As a wife, mom of two, and dog-lover, Alison understands firsthand what it’s like to juggle responsibilities while trying to hold space for yourself, which is why her work is rooted in compassion, simplicity, and real-life sustainability.

When she’s not doing mindset work, you’ll usually find her with her family, near the water, or finding small ways to slow life down.

Do I have to talk about my past or relive trauma?

No. You never need to relive or rehash painful experiences. This work is gentle and focused on release and integration, not storytelling or emotional re-experiencing.

What if I don’t know what my patterns are?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need clarity before starting, we uncover patterns together during the process.

How is this different from traditional coaching?

Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, strategies, and accountability. NLP addresses the subconscious patterns beneath behaviour, which is why many clients experience deeper and longer-lasting change.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies depending on your goals and the depth of work required. Some clients begin with coaching support, while others move into deeper pattern release work. We determine the best path together during your clarity call.

Is this done virtually?

Yes. All sessions are held virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your home.
