Hi! I’m Alison Wills
I am an Emotional Pattern Release Practitioner who helps women release stress-driven emotional patterns so they can feel calm, clear, and back in control of their energy, habits, and life again.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. My work is rooted in compassion, simplicity, and helping women come back to themselves, gently, safely, and at their own pace.
What I’ve learned is this: most lasting change doesn’t happen through willpower or motivation. It happens when the emotional patterns driving stress, habits, and reactions are addressed at the root.
This work has transformed my own life, changing how I respond to stress, how I relate to myself, and how I move through everyday challenges.

Before moving into the wellness space, Alison spent years working in the corporate world across industries including travel and tourism, manufacturing, and human resources — giving her a deep understanding of stress, burnout, and the pressure many women carry.
Today, Alison supports private clients through emotional pattern release work, collaborates with naturopathic doctors in weight loss and mindset programs, facilitates DISC training for organizations, and supports a growing community of female business owners.
As a wife, mom of two, and dog-lover, Alison understands firsthand what it’s like to juggle responsibilities while trying to hold space for yourself, which is why her work is rooted in compassion, simplicity, and real-life sustainability.
