Food and nutrition can absolutely be part of our conversations, especially if stress or emotional eating is involved.

However, this is not a diet program.

There are no strict rules, tracking requirements, or one-size-fits-all plans.

The focus is understanding why food is being used as coping, not controlling food itself.
