Hi, I’m Alison,
and I help women release emotional patterns at the root of stress, so life finally feels calmer, lighter, and more manageable.
A few years ago, I looked like I had it all together;
full-time job, young kids, packed lunches but I was falling apart inside.
It took a breakdown over a jammed freezer drawer (and a lot of healing) to realize I didn’t need to do it all, I needed support.
Now I help busy women stop spiraling and start feeling like themselves again; calm, clear, and confident.
