I help women who look like they have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, depleted, or stuck on the inside find their way back to calm, clarity, and ease.

A few years ago, I was that woman.

I had the full-time job, young kids, packed lunches, and a life that looked fine from the outside. But inside, I felt constantly on edge, exhausted, and like I was falling short of everything that was supposed to feel natural by now.

My breaking point came over something small, a jammed freezer drawer, and a realization that changed everything.

I did not need to try harder. I needed support at the level where my stress patterns were actually formed.

Now I help busy women stop the spiral and start feeling like themselves again. Calm, clear, and confident.
